I recently read this news from CNN Technological reports. It's about Second Life, a virtual community which could bring company employees to gather and communicate to each other. It is a company innovative ways to bring employee together for conferences and meetings remotely which according to report, could squeezed and slashed budget in recession.

According to report, it's a company tool which can let employees' avatar to meet in virtual worlds in the company owned network. But in standard Virtual Life, it is in the public network and right now, the company plan to add more security with it and to take advantage the current technology.

Nowadays, virtual community is often need a skills to learn how to use the online teleconferencing and other communication tools, but in this type of tools, you can now have an avatar to joined the conference with someone can act as the virtual you.
